WE have urgent openings for the post of Project Manager ( CIVIL)

• Job Location = Ratwad, Kolad (Raigad)
• Fix Salary = 10 LP to 15 LPA
• Experience = 10 Years+
• Note = Joining within 15 Days.

Key Responsibilities:-

Site Supervision:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to design, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee site workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed as per the schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Work closely with the project manager to develop detailed construction schedules and ensure adherence.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve issues on-site.
• Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.

Quality Control and Assurance:

• Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and site operations.
• Conduct regular checks on materials used, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to construction quality or deviations from the design.

Safety Management:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices on-site.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of safety gear by all personnel.
• Investigate any accidents or incidents and report findings.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Assist in managing the project budget and track costs to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on project progress and any variances in cost or schedule.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain proper site documentation, including daily reports, inspection logs, and site diaries.
• Report on project progress, issues, and resolutions to the project manager regularly.
• Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Work with the project team to address delays, technical difficulties, or any unforeseen challenges.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum [7 to 9] years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management software.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering materials, construction processes, and safety standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
