Project Manager - Civil

Salary : Up to ?35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan and organize project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality, and regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure that project milestones are achieved and project specifications are met.
• Lead a team of engineers, subcontractors, and laborers while maintaining good relationships and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary :

• Up to ?35,000 per month , depending on experience and qualifications.
