We are hiring for Project Manager (Civil) at Bangalore Location.

Experience - Minimum 20 Years

ENGINEERS HAVING EXPERIENCE OF GOVERNMENT BUILDING PROJECTS (WITH NBCC, CPWD, ETC) (Only engineers having government project experience should apply)

We are CPWD registered Class-I(A) contractor and working in government looking for a candidate who is properly known with the working of government projects & government billing.

The candidate should preferably have proper experience of working of government building/Civil projects. Candidate should be properly known with all the facts of civil engineering, calculations as well as material reconciliations.

•TASKS TO PERFORM : •

• Labour Procurement for all type of sub-heads related to construction.
• Knowledge of Govt. billing to check and rectify the bills
• Project Planning, Monitoring & scheduling, Managing Resources & tracking of different materials & Resources.
• Monitor the relevant work information to enable claims for work activities to be detailed for valuations.
• Review cost estimates for new work tenders and pricing submissions.
• Completing take offs from drawings and producing a BOQ for same.
• Manage in-house and sub-contractor costs from inception to completion of relevant contracts, highlighting areas of concern or increased delivery costs.
• Monitor and report on sub-contractor performance implementing corrective action requests where necessary.
• Should have experience in EPC Projects handling.
• Should have experience of handling RCC. Handling all Projects and site Engineers concerns.
• Should have experience of CPWD site.
• Should have capability to maintain Quality in work, Safety at site, cross verifying Vendor bills, Client Co-ordination.
• Should have experience of preparing RA Bills and get them cleared by client time to time.
• Should have good communication skills.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
