Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the complete execution of our real estate projects. This pivotal role involves taking full ownership of site management, coordinating with project architects and design engineers, and ensuring seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years of construction management experience and a solid educational background in civil engineering. This is both a managerial and engineering role, reporting directly to the owners and offering significant autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the complete execution of construction projects, ensuring timely andquality delivery.
• Site Supervision: Take ownership of on-site activities, managing labor, materials, and ensuringadherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordination: Work closely with project architects, design engineers, and other stakeholders tofacilitate smooth project progression.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that constructionstandards and regulations are met.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the owners, highlighting progress, challenges, andsolutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in managing construction work, with a proven track record ofsuccessful project execution.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is essential; a master's degree will be an addedadvantage.
• Skills: Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively withvarious stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complexinformation clearly and concisely.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
