Job Opportunity: Project Manager Are you a driven Civil Engineer with 8-10 years of experience, ready to take charge of dynamic construction projects? We\'re offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience of 8-10 years in managing construction projects of Villas, Bungalows, Resort, Hotels, Farm Houses etc...
- Accommodation provided for outstation candidates.
- Plan, Execute, and Monitor: Lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring every stage is meticulously planned and executed.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize project efficiency.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders, promptly resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
