Operational ExcelleneceThe COO PMO team is made up of Project Managers and Specialists who set the framework for project and portfolio excellence, support manufacturing business segments in establishing and maintaining an accurate and effective project portfolio and execute strategic projects that require highly competent project leaders.
Our team is globally based with colleagues spread around the world, which allows us to effectively manage projects in all parts of the globe while maintaining a strong collaboration with our value-chain colleagues in headquarters locations.Responsibilities

• Plan and execute NPI and tech transfer projects as per VWtM guidelines
• Guide and support Project and Portfolio Management Office team in processes, tools and reporting
• Collaborating with specialists and project managers in COO PMO to drive improvement projects

Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Engineering in any discipline with 10 Years of Project Management experience
• PMP/Prince 2 or relevant Project Management Certification
• Strong track record of handling complex projects (for eg. 50 ~ 100 m Euro with multi location scope)
• Team player and strong stakeholder /change Mangement skills

Competencies

• Proven project management experience in a similar role
• Great proficiency in English communication skills Knowledge in SAP, Power BI and hands-on experience are desired and MS Office suite knowledge - willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and quick to learn with good work ethics Open-minded and receptive to new ideas and perceptions, helping in continuous improvement projects
