We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be supporting the executing and closing of projects, supporting with standard and centralized project management efforts. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving project success and delivering exceptional results to our clients. R esponsibilities Support the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from project initiation to closure. Support the monitoring and reporting of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Regularly monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment. Provide support in reporting and monitoring to manage and mitigate project risks, Foster strong client relationships (internal and external) by providing exceptional service, managing expectations, and addressing concerns proactively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and information sharing. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and professional services. Requirements 5+ years of proven Project Management experience. Proficiency in leading international, customer-facing consulting engagements. Familiarity with implementing business critical enterprise applications. Project Management certification is highly preferred. Experience in internal networking. Strong collaboration and presentation abilities. Knowledge of container terminal business highly preferred.
