Roles & Responsibilities Planning & Tracking: o Should create a plan for project execution and tracking of project progress as per plan o Task creation and assignment for individual team members and tracking progress o Identification of impediments and working on resolution o Tracking of cost and effort for overall project Risk management: o Identification of project risks, communicating to the rightful stakeholder and working on mitigation Stakeholder management: o Identification of all project stakeholders, internal and external and maintain the rightful communication channel towards them Process adherence: o Should be knowledgeable of project quality metrics and ensure adherence. Report any deviations to management o Should have knowledge on the organizational processes and ensure adherence People management: o Mentoring and coaching team, taking care of training responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Computer Science or related field 6+ Years of experience in project management Organize interdepartmental activities, ensuring project/product delivery completion Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Additional Information Be an expert and suggest new technologies to the Business Team & customer Champion in software standards & process standards Lead & enable system architecture, integration, and tuning for mobile/cellular subsystems across multiple mobility platforms Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architecture Train and enable technical personal to implement solution Work directly with customers to get requirements, design and build solutions and prototypes Provide constructive feedback to Product Offering on feature requirements Understand technical aspects for design, implementation and interface decisions regarding mobile & connectivity solutions Knowledge on Cloud ecosystem is an advantage
