Position Overview:

IDIBIM Consultant Private Limited (a unit of Asia`s leading BIM Service Provider Integrated Design Limited) is urgently hiring a Digital Project Manager for its young, dynamic and professional team. This position demands a strong analytical skills and Revit knowledge. The Digital Project Manager is primarily accountable for overseeing and managing the BIM Project life cycle and effectively communicate and share knowledge with staffs and clients for the overall success of the projects.

Typical Responsibilities:

Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget

Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Responsible from the project initiation to handover to clients

Responsible for the entire Quality Control Process

Ensure that BIM execution plans are produced maintained for each project.

Perform quality checking of the required deliverables for the 3D CAD Models

Accountable for the quality and accuracy of the digital and printed material output from BIM Models

Ensuring staff have access to the tools and equipment they need.

Leading meeting to identify the project tasks and resolve issues.

Should know BIM software and prepare models for the project when required.

Create, upgrade and deploy strategies for successful BIM implementation.

Supporting the career development, training, coaching and mentoring of a team of staffs

Working closely with BIM coordinators, who are responsible for producing project Information

Mode

Provide technical orientation to new hire related to BIM tools.

Any other duties based on the project requirement under the role of Project Manager.

Technical Proficiencies:

Minimum 9-10 years of experience on Autodesk products

Sound knowledge on Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM Collaboration pro is mandatory.

Sound knowledge on Microsoft office (Excel, word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.

Knowledge in Dynamo, Fuzor and Revizto is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Candidates must have possess B.Tech or Higher degree in engineering.

Must 7-8 years' experience in BIM Industry as a Coordinator or Manager

Strong analytical skill

Fluency in English is a must.

Immediate joiner is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?70,000.00 per month
