We are currently hiring for a prestigious real estate developer for highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Civil Engineer for their luxury villa projects in Yelahanka, Bangalore.Desired Profile: BE Civil/ Diploma with min 10 yrs relevant experience in luxury residential projects.Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-end residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, contractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
