Our goal is to grow to 100 employees with 3 Experience centers in Bengaluru in 1 year\'s time, and further expand to multiple cities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering (BE.Civil) or related field.
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Plan, organize, and manage civil engineering projects in accordance with the company\'s standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of projects.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project risks and provide effective solutions to overcome challenges.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
• Lead and supervise project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, including financial updates and performance metrics.
