Should be able to define the different test strategies (e.g. on different levels of verification, automation vs. manual, performance vs regression vs stress)
Proficiency in managing the people and their performance management
Analytical and technical with the ability to accurately understand and interpret testing concepts and process
Ensure complete customer focus in deliveries including managing requirements, reviews, obtaining acceptance plans and feedbacks
Mentoring team members on testing concepts and process
Ability to connect stakeholder and meet their expectations in terms of deliverables and Go getter kind
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
