We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the onboarding and project governance for Vonage Conversational Commerce, powered by Jumper.ai with our Certified Reseller Partners (CSPs) and enterprise clients. In this role, you will utilize your extensive technical expertise and customer-focused approach to deliver outstanding project experiences, ensuring success for Vonage, our partners, and our clients.Responsibilities:Project Governance & Onboarding:

• Lead the development and implementation of project governance processes for CSPs and enterprise clients.
• Oversee onboarding programs for new CSPs and enterprise clients.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with client managers, functional stakeholders, and cross-functional Vonage teams (Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Marketing, Sales) to define project plans and scope requirements.
• Influence project assessment, planning, design, development, and implementation processes.
• Manage project scope throughout the duration, ensuring accurate estimates, timelines, plans, and status reports.
• Facilitate clear communication and project feedback throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Champion project management consistency by adhering to Vonage standards, practices, and policies.
• Monitor project metrics and report on progress, issues, and overall status.
• Participate in post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.

Client Management:

• Ensure that the needs and expectations of partner and enterprise clients are prioritized throughout all project phases.
• Provide support to CSPs, enterprise clients, and their clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and drive Vonage\'\'s success by delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Proactively communicate project plans and accomplishments with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and ensuring partnership alignment.
• Prepare and update project-related communications and presentations, including updates for key stakeholders.
• Initiate and work closely with partners across the organization and participate in cross-functional forums and workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Manage technical documentation and processes associated with CFIUS, ensuring timely approvals from the relevant Vonage teams.
• Leverage analytical skills to solve technical and system problems.
• Stay updated on delivery methodologies and processes to ensure optimal operation.
• Work with the internal Engineering, UX Design, and Product Management teams to understand the product and documentation requirements and the business context.
• Produce high-quality documentation appropriate for an intended audience.

Requirements:Education: Masters / Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent experience.Experience: 8+ yearsRequired Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role of a highly technical product.
• Must have led implementation activities with a technical product.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with application and API integrations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• An understanding of programming languages, web development frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and diverse project teams.
• Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive project documentation.
• Experience in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Domain knowledge in telecommunication (CPaaS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud is good to have.
