Job Description
Weloquent is a content creation company. We write social media content for some of the biggest creators in the world. We\'re looking to hire a full-time Project Manager to oversee our content creation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the creative team, writers, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts and ensure effective collaboration.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Deadline Management: Ensure all project deadlines are met, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays.
- Feedback Sharing: Provide constructive feedback to team members and incorporate client feedback into project adjustments.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the content creation or digital marketing industry.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and provide feedback constructively.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically about project goals and outcomes.
- Proficiency in English.
