The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital and IT projects from initiation to completion. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards. The Digital & IT Project Manager will be a key driver in implementing innovative digital solutions and technologies to support the organization's strategic objectives.A purpose driven role for youProject Planning and Execution:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital and IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, tasks, and deliverables across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with internal stakeholders, including business units, and IT teams, to understand project requirements and expectations.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns in a timely manner.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive consensus on project priorities and decisions.Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices for digital project management.
Reporting and Metrics:
Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and performance against KPIs for senior management and stakeholders.
Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.A Day in the lifeA day will be around with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards. The Digital & IT Project Manager will be a key driver in implementing innovative digital solutions and technologies to support the organization's strategic objectives.Academic Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, computer science, or project management). A master's degree is a plus.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus.Multiple years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital initiatives.Technical Skills/KnowledgeStrong knowledge of digital technologies such as mobile applications, data analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity etc.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing projects in Agile methodologies.
Hands-on knowledge of JIRA is required.
