The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

  • Collaborating with management to gather and analyse operational information.
  • Preparing change management strategies to support data centre migrations and or that reduce expenses, increase revenue and maximize efficiency.
  • Evaluating cost structures and budgetary impact of the proposed changes.
  • Consulting with staff members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
  • Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
  • Assisting with the restructuring of the staff component to optimize the effective implementation of the project.
  • Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
  • Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication.
Strategy
  • Ensure the program is aligned to the domains and or banks strategy for change management.
Business
  • Adherence to change management processes and freeze periods.
Processes
  • Ensure fit for purpose processes are in place and or amend any process gap that made lead to a breach and or failure in change management.
Risk Management
  • Be an ambassador and role model in the area change management.
Governance
  • Adhere to all relevant Governance Processes, give any pertinent feedback to Governance functions (where relevant) on improving Governance Processes.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor or higher degree, ISO, CISA, NCAA, MI, CISM, 9001, CPA, CRCS, AAHAM, LA.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, Risk Management Professional, CISA.
Desired experience for this role includes
  • Interface regularly with counsel in Legal Advisory Group, Compliance and Financial Crime Risk.
  • Review of documentation and response with Legal Advisory Group counsel.
  • Finalization and production of response to requestor.
  • Tracking of requests and responsibility to ensure outstanding requests are satisfied.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Project Management or Agile Methodology
  • TRM, RFM and or other Frameworks
  • Use of written communication and or presentation tools / software
