Description Project Manager Role Overview As a Customer Support Project Manager at Aryaka, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal experiences for the company\'s strategic customers. You will be a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, channel partners, and executive sponsors, driving adoption and providing guidance on expanding their usage of Aryaka\'s services. You will collaborate with the global support team to achieve customer success, along with resolving complex technical issues and delivering Executive Business Reviews. The Customer Support Project Manager is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and success utilizing Aryaka\'s services. Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Create and manage the project budget. Collaborate with Sales Engineers and TAM to design solutions. Actively participate in customer and sales engineer calls. Be available 24x7 when required for customer deployments, solution discussions, meetings, etc. Lead planning and implementation of projects, potentially participating in design and testing phases. Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle. Establish quality standards and objectives, ensuring project deliverables meet quality requirements. Create and maintain a project schedule, monitoring progress and addressing schedule delays. Engage with project stakeholders, manage expectations, and maintain communication. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Performance Objectives Serve as a liaison between Sales and other functional departments. Provide ad hoc analysis to Management as needed. Manage Health scoring for assigned strategic customers. Actively participate in team meetings and conference calls. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Information Technology, or similar. 8 to 10 years of networking and security industry experience in customer-facing roles. Recent experience in SDWAN and SASE Deployments is a plus. Security Certificates such as GCPM or equivalent, PMP or Prince2 desirable. Proficiency in Salesforce for Account, Opportunity, and Territory Alignment Strong project management skills, including action plan development and execution. Experience managing contracts and performance of information security vendors and suppliers. Proven leadership in information assurance and security projects. Positive team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive engagement of stakeholders in design and implementation. Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies and project management tools. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and key networking devices.
