Partner with business managers to identify areas for operational improvements and gain their support and sponsorship for implementing initiatives
Participate in a defined programme work stream throughout the region, from diagnostic to design of future state and through implementation
Perform detailed analysis of current vs future state processes using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, F2B process mapping
Provide value added analytics, and reporting, including variability analysis, performance metrics, analysis of risks and opportunities, projections
Conduct reviews with internal Clients/ Stakeholders to report on performance, discuss issues and propose solutions
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Degree educated with 5-8 years banking experience in program management or product development.
Proven Project Management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads. Proficiency in MS office tools : Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote is preferred
On Job experience in Agile methodologies, Jira dashboard management and Tableau is an added advantage for this role. Proactive and creative approach to problem solving and the ability to utilise initiative taking the lead on decisive creative solutions. Experience performing large scale data analysis, leveraging common and niche tooling to model and surface key data interpretations
Ability to understand and develop robust business use cases. Excellent communication, facilitation (workshops), negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build strong partnerships at all levels within the organisation
Ability to play an effective role as a Business Analysts between Tech & Ops. Well versed with QA and regression testing skills. Ability to develop and facilitate executive level presentations
Strong team player with effective coaching, training and mentoring skills. Demonstrated commitment to personal/people development. Knowledge of financial services industry at large eg. Knowledge of multiple asset classes such as equities, fixed income instruments.
