Project Planning and Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Set timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with various departments to align schedules.
Budget Management
- Create and manage project budgets.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure project stays within budget.
- Approve purchase orders and invoices related to the project.
Resource Allocation
- Identify and allocate resources (human, material, financial) required for the project.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Adjust resource allocations as necessary to meet project objectives.Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Job Specification:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Project Management (Greenfield)
