Missions/Main Duties:

• To ensure project should be delivered in time within pre-decided and approved budget xe2x80xa2 Frequently visit site offices, attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements

• Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules

• To ensure invoice are being raised on time and follow ups are being made for the timely payment

• Prepare project organization and communication charts

• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members and ensure smooth delivery of the project.
