Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Management Consultancy.Our Client has pioneered the unthinkable as viable through the smart home automation technology located in Ahmedabad.: Project ManagerCTC :- 2.40 to 3.50 LPAQualification:- Electrical EngineerOpening :-2Experience:- 1 to 2 YearsJob Timing:- 10 AM to 7 PMJob Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of home automation projects. This role involves detailed project planning, effective coordination with various stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery of home automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for smart home technologies.Key Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the project plan.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. And Track project progress and performance.

• Design and deliver the working drawings to PMC, Electrical Contractor, Architect or any other stake holder.

• Conduct inspections and testing of home automation systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.

• Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

• Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the satisfaction of the client.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and document best practices for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the electrical, ELV , home automation or related industry.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and control systems, ELV systems, home automation, smart technologies, and IoT (Internet of Things).

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

. Required Asset:

• 2-Wheeler Vehicle Is Mandatory with A Valid Driving License. REQUIRED SKILLSETS:

• Should know documentation and record keeping.

• Should have AutoCAD 2D experience for electrical designing.

• Should be good with mail correspondence.
