Description: The Project Manager: Continuing Education Program will oversee and successfully deliver the Continuing Education program from initiation to completion. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved within the allocated time frame and budget. The role will continue monitoring and managing the Continuing Education (CE) processes and engage candidates as they interact with the program. The role will directly support Learning stakeholders and the Certification Business owners by contributing to ongoing business planning, process design and project management efforts. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: . Project Planning and Initiation: o Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. o Conduct project kick-off meetings and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. . Project Execution and Control: o Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to the project plan. o Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution. o Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. o Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders. . Stakeholder Management: o Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. o Engage stakeholders in project decision-making processes and ensure their expectations are managed. o Communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. . Quality Assurance: o Establish quality standards and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. o Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed. o Monitor customer feedback and incorporate improvements into future projects. . Project Documentation: o Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change requests. o Prepare and present project reports, summaries, and presentations to management and stakeholders. . Continuous Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. o Conduct project post-mortems to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for future enhancement. o Support candidates through requests, responses, and continual engagement.
