The Opportunity•"FICO is looking for an addition to our talented and successful Cyber Security Team based in India. This is a full-time regular position, and a great opportunity for an individual with strong project management skills and great interest in security domain that would like to move into the exciting field of Product Security."• - The Hiring Manager
What You'll Contribute• As a consultant in product security team, this role will own and manage security of FICO products working closely with product management architects, developers and leadership teams.
• Collaborate within security team to define security requirements for specific products and work with product teams to drive a secure-by-design approach.
• Coordinate continuous Security Analysis of FICO Products for Early Identification of Risks.
• Monitors ongoing risks and implements corrective actions as needed to keep the product release on track.
• Identifies and allocates necessary resources.
• Resolves conflicts and facilitates effective communication and teamwork among team members.
• Ensures product releases are delivered on time by managing scope, quality and schedule.
• Contribute to continual improvement by documenting lessons learned and identifying areas for improvement.


What We're Seeking• Experience in managing software release activities as a project/program/product manager or a scrum master.
• Working knowledge of agile development and management.
• Experience in risk management.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Service Now and Confluence etc.
• Knowledge and hands on experience with JIRA Reporting.
• Experience/Knowledge in security tools such as SAST, vulnerability and open-source scanning into the Security development life cycle.
