:Job Overview:The Vishwakarma Project Magagement trainee Head will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing training centers across their designated region, in alignment with the project\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines. The primary focus is to ensure that centers are operational, well-equipped, and meet the certification targets for training artisans. The role involves coordinating with local authorities, artisans, and staff to ensure the successful implementation and functioning of the centers.Location - Kolkata & bangaloreKey Responsibilities:Identify and Set Up Centers:

• Find and establish centers in line with project guidelines, working with local authorities and communities.

Manage Operations:

• Ensure centers have the necessary tools, trainers, and resources for smooth functioning.

Achieve Targets:

• Help centers meet artisan certification goals, monitoring progress regularly.

Lead Teams:

• Hire and support staff, while building strong relationships with local stakeholders.

Budget and Resources:

• Oversee budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective management.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Report progress and ensure centers follow all project standards.

RequirementsMBa Fresher Is requried06 - 1 years in project management, preferably in skill development, vocational training, or government initiatives.

• Proven ability to set up and manage multiple centers or similar facilities.

• Strong connections with local authorities, communities, and relevant stakeholders to quickly establish centers.

• Experience working with artisans, vocational training institutes, or similar groups is a plus

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong project planning, budgeting, and resource management skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the region to oversee center setup and operations.
