You are responsible for carrying out the due diligence and providing documentation support to the state team (Medico-marketing and access events and sponsorships).Support the state with Marketing Campaigns roll outs/ logistics. You are responsible to implement patient /disease / reimbursement schemes awareness campaigns.Responsible for local vendor management & purchasing. You are responsible to support the Engagement team with logistics and management of brand related collaterals.Drive governance of the state initiatives. Champion of audit preparedness, COREMAP and other compliance practices.Improve processes and bring efficiencies in the system by leveraging PMP and agility tools. Implement agile ways of working in the state squad and the state teams operations.Ensure the state office is SHE compliant.xe2x80x8bWho You Are2-5 years experience of relevant work experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns.Willing to based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat State.xe2x80x8bPreferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage logistics and vendor coordination effectively.Familiarity with compliance frameworks, governance processes, and audit preparedness within a corporate or healthcare setting.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
