Minimum 10+ years of experience with Government Consulting in the IT / ICT / e-
Governance / telecom domains
? Should have demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing large Digital
transformation Projects in both the public and private sector
? Strong project management skills align a team with the strategic goals of a project
? Ability to effectively work with heterogenous teams in a large, global organization
? In-depth understanding of the public procurement process with respect to the
Government budgets, procurement policies, guidelines, etc.
? Should have the experience of leading at-least 1 PMO / PMU team for a large e-
Governance / IT / ICT project in the Government Consulting domain
? Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills with an aptitude for
compelling storytelling
