Job Summary:

Auxzon Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Management Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Coordinate resources, including team members and third-party contractors, to ensure project needs are met.
• Develop project plans and track project milestones and deliverables.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change logs.
• Monitor project performance to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in coordinating product development activities, including requirement gathering, design, and testing.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project and product management.
• Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and independently when necessary.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
