Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own the complete Project Management processes to support Delivery team on all aspects
• Be the single point of contact to all enabling functions for Delivery activities w.r.t project management
• Execute all project management actions related to FOP, SPP, Effort Index\xe2\x80\xa6etc
• Own and drive projects set up, WBS Set up, financial and time sheet task creation
• Responsible for Project Financials in IPMS like Revenue IGRF raising, invoicing, PO updations, efforts movements.
• Owns and drives delivery actions to reduce RAR, UBR P, UBR, Overdues from delivery stand point.
• Governance of project health on weekly and monthly basis with the management
• Participate in Weekly/Monthly Project Financials review meetings. Own, drive and bring actions to closure
• Interaction with Finance, PMO,BIA and any other enabling functions w.r.t project management topics related to Delivery

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Must have worked in a Project Leader/Manager role in Quest
• Complete understanding of IPMS features
• Experience of driving standard PMO processes and workflows
• Thorough understanding and working experience in Project financials
• Work experience of 8-10years
