• Candidates should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Play the role of System Analyst and Lead Developer
• Interact with clients and manage the entire SDLC process
• Should have experience leading a team
• Project management experience (Agile and other tools)
• Building test plans and delivering products to clients in time
• Proven team and project management skills
• Experience in the Healthcare domain preferred

Desired profile of the candidate

• Strong Java/J2EE experience
• Experience working in Servlets/JSP, Spring, Hibernate is mandatory
• Java Webservices and Multithreading application
• Experience with Web frameworks such as Struts, Spring required
• Knowledge and experience in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
• Mobile app development experience
• Experience in different Data Structures design and Usage
• Need to have good communication skills (Oral & written)
