About the department The Commercial & Corporate Affairs - Global Business Services (GBS) unitis responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and ObesityMarketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit supports Biopharm global marketing forHaemophilia and growth disorders.The Novo Nordisk Corporate Strategy has established the ambition to become leaders in NASH as a distinct TA as part of Other Serious Chronic Diseases (OSCD). The commercial NASH team is therefore ramping up efforts to ensure flawless launch readiness to support the ambition and make NASH a distinct therapeutic area (TA) and a significant growth contributor for the company for the future. The position The Therapy Area (TA) development project lead will be a key contributor in the Global commercial NASH team by supporting global execution and follow-up on TA development, while providing strong analytical support for shaping of new initiatives. Hence, effective coordination, project leadership, analytical skills and stakeholder management combined with a focus on getting things done, tracking and follow-up on implementation will be critical to succeed in this role. Provide project management, tactical coordination, and executional support on the global strategy for Therapeutic Area (TA) Development Provide analytical support to support the team in continuously refining the TA development strategy and implementation Adhere to budgets, agreed timelines and quality requirements Collaborate with other functions in mapping patient organizations and clinical guidelines and leverage findings to identify and assess new opportunities for NASH Qualification Commercial or scientific Masters degree Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Disease or market knowledge within NASH is a clear advantage Experience in a multinational organisation and/or consultancy Proven results from managing projects Proven ability to turn analysis into recommendations and actions Working at Novo Nordisk We are a proud life-science company, and life is our reason to exist.
