Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Project Manager

with a strong technical background in

.NET Core and Angular

. The ideal candidate will have a total of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with

at least 2 years in a team lead or project management role

. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and clients. Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and stand-ups using Agile methodologies. Provide technical guidance to the team in .NET Core and Angular. Identify project risks and issues and ensure proper mitigation strategies are in place. Track project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 8 years of total experience in software development. Minimum 2 years of experience as a

Team Lead or Project Manager

. Strong technical knowledge in

.NET Core, Angular (latest versions)

. Proficient in REST APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMP. Experience in client handling and offshore development projects.
