Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.PROJECT LEADCentralized communication and report control Overall, in-charge for ensuring timely completion of the project within the budget planned Responsible for setting up Project Governance including Project Plan, Risk Register, Quality Plan, Project Schedule etc., Ensure Roles and Responsibilities of each Team Member is tracked and adhered Review the project delivery process on a weekly / periodic basis to ensure that all the processes are complied Engage with stakeholders to capture the requirements which will be incorporated in the Design developed by the Design Team Prepare Construction programme/ schedule and submit to client for approval and implement at site Track the construction schedule and highlight/ escalate to client /stake holders if found delay from the schedule. Pro-active involvement in review of BOQ Prepare comparison statement of BOQ qty Vrs GFC qty Prepare variation statement and provide recommendation for deviation to client along the concurrence form Design Consultants. Provide recommendation on contractors running bill for payment to client Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans for the same and discuss with necessary stakeholders Proactive Risk Assessment and implementing appropriate mitigation on time Review the Projects on Quality, Progress & Cost on Weekly basis Effective Program Management Chairing of all meetings including Design Review, Weekly Progress Review Meetings, Site Meetings, etc. Preparation of MIS and submit to client Responsible for working out a strategy for Project Close-out Team buildingLocation:On-site xe2x80x93Hyderabad, TSIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
