OBJECTIVE OF ROLEIGT Solutions is looking for an exceptional Project Lead possessing in-depth technical expertise with strong leadership skills. As a Project Lead, you will ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of a small or a less complex project through monitoring, tracking, and analyzing project control metrics. We are interested in meeting you if you are a talented engineer with the knack to solve complex technical problems and can effortlessly connect with people, inspire, encourage creativity, and foster a collaborative work environment to exceed project goals. Lead the project development, production support, and maintenance activities. Ensure timesheets and invoicing processes are completed on or before the deadline.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a high-performance team of software engineers to design develop world-class, highly available, scalable reliable products / web services in the IaaS, SaaS, PaaS space. xe2x80xa2 Lead and own the entire lifecycle of the product - design, documentation, coding, testing and deployment xe2x80xa2 Contribute hands-on, own, collaborate and deliver new features and services at a fast pace. xe2x80xa2 Own the prioritization, scoping and scheduling processes for new products and features. xe2x80xa2 Work with and advise management on technical aspects, make well-informed decisions function well in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment. xe2x80xa2 Improve processes, technology the applications you own continuously by showing the team better ways of doing things and help improve skills in the team. xe2x80xa2 Prioritize tech-debt and ensure the platforms and applications meet the latest industry standards. xe2x80xa2 Lead by example - follow the processes practices you develop. xe2x80xa2 Learn new technology practices, coach the team and conduct training sessions - devote time for learning and continuous improvement of self and team. xe2x80xa2 Build platforms, frameworks, APIs, libraries automated tools to facilitate rapid issue resolution and development deployment of new features and changes. xe2x80xa2 Imbibe and maintain a strong customer service-oriented attitude while designing and building products xe2x80xa2 Recruit the best by owning the recruitment processes for your teams

EXPERIENCE

• 6-8 Years xe2x80xa2 Experience working with geographically-distributed co-workers. xe2x80xa2 Experience of leading a team of Engineers

QUALIFICATION

• BE / B-Tech / MCA / MTQM xe2x80xa2 Certifications: PMP, Project Management is preferred

ABILITIES

• A passion for creating responsive, scalable and reliable web services. xe2x80xa2 Strong interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing) and ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment with other Engineers, Product Managers, etc. xe2x80xa2 Strong leader capable of motivating and energizing the very best software engineers, as well as gaining their respect.
