Job Summary: The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization. This role requires a strong leader with excellent project coordination, management, and people management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.Project Management:Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.People Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.Project Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Quality Assurance:Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven working experience in project management.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.Experience:5+ years of experience in project coordination and management.Demonstrated experience in people management.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).About IGT:IGT Solutions is a next-gen customer experience (CX) company, defining and delivering transformative experiences for the global and most innovative brands using digital technologies.
