Lead innovation as Project Lead - Chemical Intermediates, driving a cutting-edge greenfield project in the chemicals industry.Reporting to the Project Head, you will:

  • Evaluate process technologies, working closely with EPCs and technology providers.
  • Manage the design and construction of a new state-of-the-art chemical facility.
  • Lead process optimisation for safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team focused on operational excellence
Only candidates with 10+ yrs in engineering/operations in chemicals or EPC Only candidates in project management, plant design, & compliance
  • Holds a B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Brings 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering or operations roles in petrochemical or EPC companies
  • Has proven expertise in project management, plant design, and safety compliance.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional team success.
