Apply now and embark on a journey of endless possibilities!About the DepartmentThe International Operations Strategic Operations (IOSO) Regulatory Affairs - Bangalore is a critical extension of the global IOSO RA&PV (Zurich & Copenhagen) organisation & will together deliver on the function\'s aspiration to enable fast growth, portfolio integration & business continuity at scale. The team consist of high calibre professionals offering core regulatory & project management capabilities enabling NN secure fast, high quality product approvals across International Operations.The positionAs a Project Lead - Capability & Learning Development at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Develop and execute the IORA Capability and Learning framework
  • Lead and execute projects related to capability and learning development, from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Design and implement talent development programs and organizational learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various departments to understand their learning needs and collaborate effectively in developing tailored solutions.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct impact analysis to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions, driving continuous improvement and optimization of learning programs.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Master\'s preferred) in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in leading and managing complex learning and development projects, preferably within a global corporate environment
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing innovative learning strategies and programs that have had a measurable impact on organizational performance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a history of effectively managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with change management and the ability to act as a change agent within an organization.
  • Proficiency with modern learning technologies and platforms and an understanding of how to leverage these tools for effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with a global reach and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a track record of substantial impact on business results.
  • Excellent Communication & negotiation skills
