Experience: 10 years in Real Estate

Qualification: B.E. Civil / B. Tech

Joining: Immediate

Location: Solapur

Salary - 30K - 35K

Collaborate with engineers, architects, Consultants & Vendors etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

Experience in Civil Engineering Execution, Consulting Works regarding Real Estate dealing with the government authorities.

Dealing with the Engineers & Consultants & Vendors.

Technical Report Writing, Day to Day DPR, Pre Work Planning Report finalization & Work Allocation to team & observation.

Project Scheduling, Project Monitoring

Client Handling, Contract Management & Strategic Planning's

Cost Controlling, Cost Estimation & Proper Inventory management.

Executing the project timely manner.

Close inter department coordination with designing, contracts, billing teams to ensure smooth execution.

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
