Key Responsibilities

• Managing automation projects from conception to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders including engineers, technicians, and vendors.


• Designing automation systems including control panels, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other control and monitoring devices.


• Integrating different automation systems with existing manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring seamless communication and operation.


• Writing PLC programs, configuring SCADA systems, and other programming devices to control and monitor industrial processes.


• Testing automation systems to ensure they meet functional requirements and commissioning them for operational use.


• Diagnosing and resolving issues with automation systems, including PLC faults, communication failures, and sensor malfunctions.
• Ensuring that automation systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.





Qualification

• Diploma/ B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or related field.





Experience

• 6-10 years of proven experience in related domain, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program & Logic Development in PLC and SCADA.
• Experience in Auto-CAD, Basic computer software and Project Management (BOQ/Costing/Monitoring, etc) will be an added advantage.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.


• Having positive and Innovative mindset while working in fast paced working environment.


• Willingness to travel occasionally to multiple National/International locations.
