Project Head ( Construction)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project resources and finances effectively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software.
Additional Requirements:
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CMIT) are a plus.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
