Envision Next is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining comprehensive Financial Management Information System (MIS) reports, preparing financial models, monitoring & controlling project costs. This role demands a thorough understanding of financial principles, excellent and analytical skills, in real estate projects.

Qualifications:

? Post Graduation/ in Construction Management or equivalent.

? Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field.

? Strong proficiency in financial modelling.

Preferred Experience:

? Experience in the real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry.

? Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.

? Understanding of Techno-Economic viability studies and detailed project reports.
