Project Financial Management:
o Lead project teams in developing and delivering comprehensive management plans.
o Interface effectively with construction partners, field staff, and managers to ensure
project compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
o Drive the Completions team to achieve closure targets and ensure timely project
completion.
• Financial Operations:
o Manage the Commercial team, focusing on contractual and financial oversight.
o Oversee customer account management, including the preparation and reconciliation
of invoices in QuickBooks.
o Track and follow up on overdue invoices, ensuring timely payment collection.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
o Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
o Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to optimize processes and maintain
efficient financial operations.
• Management Reporting:
o Generate and present monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis
to inform strategic business decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
o Partner with internal teams to prepare annual budgets and update cash flow
projections.
• Financial Analysis:
o Conduct thorough analysis of profit and loss statements to guide business strategy.
• Operational Finance:
o Ensure smooth operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Procurement Oversight:
o Implement and oversee procurement policies to enhance cost-efficiency and maintain
supply chain integrity.
• Cost Control:
o Develop and enforce cost-reduction strategies to boost operational efficiency and
profitability.
• Compliance & Governance:
o Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and tax laws while establishing robust
governance practices.
• HR Collaboration:
o Support HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and
ensuring compliance with HR policies.
About You:

• Proven experience in administration, accounts, and familiarity with bookkeeping
fundamentals.
