Position Overview:

Junna Solar Systems Limited is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

Project Engineer - Solar

to manage solar rooftop project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, handling material dispatch, coordinating campaigns, ensuring timely project completion, and achieving operational targets. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and proficiency in solar rooftop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership & Project Coordination

Lead, train, and support a team of project executives to ensure smooth execution of solar rooftop projects. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. Conduct regular project meetings and follow-ups for progress tracking. Ensure smooth communication between project teams and internal departments.

2. Technical Support & Training

Provide technical training to the project team. Assist in site surveys and system design guidance. Address technical queries and provide on-site solutions. Conduct monthly training sessions for performance improvement.

3. Material Dispatch & Logistics Management

Coordinate with logistics for timely material dispatch. Track material movement and update the project team. Ensure accurate BOM dispatch in coordination with the store in charge. Resolve any dispatch-related issues for smooth project execution.

4. Project Execution & Quality Assurance

Oversee site execution to ensure quality installations. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress. Work with the engineering team for project feasibility and design optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve solar project issues.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and monitor project timelines and deliverables. Prepare weekly/monthly project reports and analyze execution efficiency. Ensure 90% achievement of assigned operational targets.

6. Bankers and Financial Support

Assist in finance documentation and customer financing. Follow up with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements. Coordinate with financial institutions for project funding. Support customers in availing subsidies and financial incentives.
