PROJECT EXECUTIVE (MBA/MSW/BE) - SKILL TRAINING & CSR

Guardian Education Services Pvt. Ltd. (https://guardianedu.in/) is eleven years old and a social impact organistaion. Established by a team of IIT/IIM and Jadavpur University alumni and Educationists, we deliver deep impact social impact projects across eleven states e.g. Chennai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Aurangabad, Guntur, Dhanbad, Kolkata etc.

Our Group organsiation, Pramith Foundation (https://pramith.org/) - a pan India NGO working with large Indian corporates and works in Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata etc.

We have received support from Tata Group, ITC, Sandvik, Mahindra CIE, Godrej group, ONGC, Coal India, Persistent Group, Centum Foundation etc. Our Education initiative is under the incubation of IIT Kharagpur.

Our Founder Director has been awarded by NITI Aayog (& UN) as one of '100 women transforming India' and the recipient of Goldman Sachs 10,000 women Fellowship under IIM Bangalore and ISB Hyderabad. We seek to create thinking minds, channelise youth to Aspirational careers in Hard skills and Manufacturing and core Service sectors. Our principal impact areas -

a) Skill training and livelihood of youth and specifically women in aspirational Manufacturing job roles. E.g. CNC/VMC Operator, Healthcare (Nursing and Medical Technicians), BFSI etc.

b) CSR projects by eminent corporate across India.

c) Education enrichment programs, Green Education to school students.

d) Quality online/Live Tuitions (HYBRID MODE) for vernacular Bengali medium students.

Position: PROJECT EXECUTIVE (MBA/MSW/BE) - CSR & SKILL TRAINING PROJECTS

Location: Hiland Park, EM Bypass, Santoshpur, Kolkata - 700075

Key Job roles: Coordinating and executing CSR / Skill Training Projects / School Education projects pan India. You should be ready to think and apply and carry out project delivery with accountability of high quality outcome and within timeline.

• Project planning,
• Identifying execution partners, liaison with centres,
• Day to day project execution follow up,
• MIS & Monitoring. Ensuring meeting all specifications and high quality output.
• Project execution and coordination - Tracking different activities and projects and their periodic progress.
• Operation Coordination - Working closely with Operation Manager and supporting all coordination activities.

Nature: Full time. Work from office.

Preferred Background:

1. Two to three years+ experience.

2. Work experience on Skill training projects in different states.

3. M.Sc / MSW / Engineering (BE/B.Tech) / MBA / MSW / M.Com / Mass communication.

4. High computer proficiency in MS Words, Excel and PPT.

5. Good mastery of English speaking and writing.

6. Good verbal and written communication.
