Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, solar energy systems, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support project execution.

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to senior management.

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to support project success.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry.

• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, design principles, and installation practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
