: Project Estimator - Interior Design Company

Position : Project Estimator
Experience : Minimum 2 years in project estimation, preferably in the interior design or construction field.
Salary : ?21,500/- per month
Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Client Estimation :
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for new client projects based on initial requirements and scope.
• Design Phase Estimation :
• Collaborate with the design team to create comprehensive estimates after design finalization.
• Execution Phase Estimation :
• Develop and finalize project estimates after execution, incorporating all material and labour costs.
• Site Measurements :
• Conduct final site measurements to ensure accuracy in estimation and billing.
• Billing Coordination :
• Prepare and verify the final project estimate for billing purposes.
• Submit finalized bills to the accounts team for processing.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience : Minimum 2 years in estimation or a similar role in the interior design or construction industry.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in estimation tools, MS Excel, and familiarity with interior design materials and costs.
• Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in preparing estimates and bills.
• Communication Skills : Strong ability to coordinate with designers, project managers, and the accounts team.
• Problem-Solving : Analytical skills to address estimation discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to visit project sites for measurements as required.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to document and track estimates effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?21,500.00 per month
