Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer/Site Engineer with expertise in Mivan technology to oversee the engineering aspects of our high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, project management, and practical experience with Mivan formwork systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
• Implement and manage Mivan formwork systems on-site.
• Technical Oversight:
• Supervise the installation and dismantling of Mivan formwork.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions to on-site challenges.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce quality control measures for materials and workmanship.
• Address any deviations or defects promptly to maintain project integrity.
• Site Management:
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, site activities, and material usage.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including technical and financial updates.
• Document and address any changes or variations to the project scope.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and stakeholders.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proactive problem-solving to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer/Site Engineer, with significant exposure to high-rise building projects and expertise in Mivan technology.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, CAD, and project scheduling tools. In-depth knowledge of Mivan formwork systems and their application in high-rise construction.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage on-site construction teams.
