Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Engineering Manager with extensive experience from Pharma industry, to support pharmaceutical projects.
- Support proposal activities by defining the specific project execution
- Lead the project execution in compliance with company procedures and best practices, with accountability on project objectives
- Coordinate HO project team with the support of the assigned project engineers, if any
- Supervise site activities, with particular focus on HSE matter
- Issue periodic project reports, internally and to client, as per company policies/procedures and applicable project execution plan
- Be accountable for quality, cost and schedule project targets both internally and vs the client
- Engineering graduate, degree in any discipline.
- Certification from professional bodies like PMI is desirable.
- Project management experience with multi discipline project in relevant industry, minimum 4 years in the same capacity
- 10 years experience as engineering manager in large engineering companies (experience in pharma sector is mandatory)
- Self motivation, a proactive outlook and with good communication skills
- Ability to deal with other disciplines
- Familiar with project management tools
