Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance. Roles and Responsibilities Installation of Biometric Hardware, access control, boom barrier, turnstile on field Call Troubleshooting and Resolution biometric hardware/software Reporting to manager Customer coordination Basic Knowledge on Electrical/Electronic stream Working knowledge of Access control system and Security automation Basic knowledge and understanding in Software application handling Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. Responding to breakdowns. Diagnosing faults. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with internal tem & customer Knowledge of basic networking such as dhcp,dns etc..
