The Candidate must be Btech/ Mtech in Mechanical Engineering.

Project Planning and Coordination: Lead the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize project execution and meet objectives within budget constraints.

Technical Oversight: Apply engineering expertise to oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progress and timely resolution of issues.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and compliance records, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to address project requirements, provide updates, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and verify product quality throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery and outcomes.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, maintaining a focus on workplace safety and environmental sustainability.

Problem Solving: Proactively address technical challenges and obstacles, applying problem-solving skills and leveraging team expertise to achieve project goals and overcome complexities.
