The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, project management, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to these plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and on schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
